All in all they offer good service. The room is compact, airy comes with a great view, the shower, 2 single beds. The breakfast was great value and varied, we enjoyed lots of meals. Highly convenient location, close to train station, the centre of new town Edinburgh and the Edinburgh skyline, yet the area was rather old.

We truly enjoyed this central hotel, no complaints. This property is a great place to stay. The classic double room we were given had central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a study table.
